Reacciones adversas por transfusiones en pacientes onco- hematológicos de un hospital de especialidades

Resumen

Objetivo: Notificar los eventos adversos más frecuentes presentados en pacientes onco-hematologicos que reciben transfusiones de hemoderivados. Métodos: Este estudio fue realizado el año 2021 en el servicio de Hematología de un hospital de especialidades. Resultado: En total 119 pacientes recibieron transfusiones de hemoderivados y 19 presentaron eventos adversos en las primeras 24 horas. Las reacciones adversas más frecuentes fueron: fiebre, rash cutáneo, hipotensión y cefalea. Conclusiones: Al tratarse de pacientes poli transfundidos, la mayoría tenía transfusiones previas. Dentro de todas las transfusiones de los pacientes que recibieron aféresis y plasma fresco congelado ninguno presentó algún evento adverso durante las primeras 24h post transfusionales.
