Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze organizational resilience and happiness in teachers’ sense of identity through a systematic review. Methodologically, it was based on a qualitative, documentary study, employing systematic review and content analysis as techniques. Data collection instruments included data sheets and analysis matrices. Furthermore, the PRISMA methodology was used, resulting in the identification of 16 studies from the Scielo, Scopus, and Web of Science databases. Among the findings, it was noted that teachers have demonstrated an institutional capacity to manage risks, respond to crises, and adapt to a changing environment. In conclusion, emotional regulation has played a key role in organizational resilience and the sense of identity within professional practice, which has contributed to the achievement of educational quality.
