Prevención de enfermedad renal crónica y calidad de vida en pacientes peruanos

Objetivo: Analizar cómo cada dimensión del KDPP II (concienciación, evaluación, acceso) influye en cada dimensión de la calidad de vida en pacientes atendidos en un hospital regional de La Libertad, Perú en 2025. Método: Estudio transversal con 140 pacientes inscritos en KDPP II. Se aplicaron cuestionarios validados; se realizaron análisis descriptivos, correlaciones de Spearman y regresión logística ordinal; se reportaron OR, IC 95% y R² de Nagelkerke. Resultados: La evaluación mostró la mayor capacidad explicativa, especialmente sobre salud mental (mayor R² y OR significativas). La concienciación se asoció significativamente con mejor autopercepción y el acceso presentó tendencias positivas en autopercepción, pero efectos menos consistentes y con IC amplios. Conclusiones: Fortalecer la evaluación clínica y las intervenciones educativas parecen prioritarios para mejorar la calidad de vida; se requieren estudios longitudinales y modelos ajustados para confirmar causalidad y fortalecer las recomendaciones.
