Objective: To carry out a bibliographic review where information on individualized physical activity recommendations for people with breast cancer with their identified categories was collected, analyzed and synthesized. Method: Documentary review. Analysis of results: It was identified that a risk prevention factor associated with breast cancer is the physical and emotional care after chemotherapy with individualized physical activity programs of high, low and moderate intensity; it was evidenced that aerobic and anaerobic physical activities, planned between 30 to 45 minutes per week, dosing exercises for body limbs, flexion, extension, resistance, flexibility and strength, oriented and supervised by professionals help in the recovery of patients.
